Mandy Spencer Hunt – Psychologist – Career & Personal Development, Training and Development Professional, HR Specialist
Mandy has worked with a range of businesses both as an independent consultant and as an associate.
Mandy began her career in HR Management, qualifying with the CIPD in 1998. She has gone on to do the Train the Trainer Certificate with the IITD, has accreditation with the BPS to carry out Levels A&B Psychometric assessment, is an MBTI practitioner and has gained a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. She is currently studying a MSc in Occupational Psychology and a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

- Management team skills audit carried out using psychometric assessment and interviews to assess needs analysis, personnel and organisational changes

- Member of recruitment assessment teams for various organisations
- Associate trainer with various organisations
Mandy has worked with all levels of staff in diverse environments. Her strength lies in her ability to engage both management and staff and make the experience a positive and engaging one. Her extensive experience in the areas of HR and training also provide Mandy with the ability to understand organisational issues and work to find solutions. Using her HR background combined with her psychological qualifications, Mandy demonstrates great strength in understanding both the business processes and the human behavioural aspects of communication and change within organisations.
Mandy has also ran a number of career development courses for individuals and organisations covering aspects such as building confidence and assertiveness, how to manage an effective job search, putting together a brilliant CV, interview skills and managing yourself in a new job.
Mandy works with a wide range of other HR/Training and Development and Career Professionals to provide all the above mentioned services to individuals and organisations.

Hi thanks for the positive comments, always good to see them! Although I have many private thoughts about the oil spill I am not sure whether this is the right forum for them. Perhaps if you were more specific? Are you interested in my thoughts from an environmental perspective or from a political or economical POV or just what me myself and I think? (which is probably not very interesting and the same as everyone else on the planet!!) Thanks
